Activity Based Training Manual (2009 - 10)
DTERT studied the process involved in Life Skill Education Programme and its impact among the youth population in terms of knowledge of AIDS and confidence
building measures and skill development. DTERT played a pro-active role involving various stake holders such as TANSACS, DIET faculty, Teachers, NGO and ICDS personal
in designing an activity-based innovative training manual for Strengthening Life Skill Education. The module adhered to the NACO guidelines and was presented
in a student-friendly manner.
The transaction of the training in an effective participatory mode won the admiration of policy makers, teachers and student population at large.
